La directory / root per impostazione predefinita non ha autorizzazioni di lettura da parte di altri utenti, il che è abbastanza ragionevole. E molto probabilmente ha 700 autorizzazioni.
Cosa succede dopo: il tuo utente webserver www-data prova a leggere i file in / root / www / harccal / web. Ma la prima directory della catena (/ root) non è leggibile da essa. Quindi termina con 9 stat () "/ root / www / harccal / web /" non riuscito (13: autorizzazione negata)
Affinché un file sia leggibile, anche ogni directory padre deve essere attraversabile.
Soluzione: è meglio spostare l'applicazione in un'altra directory, accessibile da un utente del server web.
